Privacy Policy for Bigfoot Legend

Bigfoot Legend is a mobile game provided by Clear Cloud Apps. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

Information We Collect

Bigfoot Legend does not require you to create an account, and we do not directly ask for your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address.

The app stores gameplay information on your device, such as progress, settings, scores, completed levels, achievements, and purchase status. This information is used to run the game, remember your progress, and restore eligible purchases.

In-App Purchases

Bigfoot Legend offers in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information. The app receives purchase and entitlement information from Apple so it can unlock purchased content and restore eligible purchases.

Advertising and Consent

Bigfoot Legend uses Google AdMob to provide banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. Google and its advertising partners may collect or use information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app activity, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to provide, measure, prevent fraud in, and improve ads.

Advertising may be personalized only where permitted by applicable law, your device settings, and your consent choices. In regions where it is required, the app uses Google's consent tools to show a consent form and provide access to privacy options. You can also manage tracking and advertising permissions in iOS Settings.

Purchasing No Ads stops Bigfoot Legend from requesting regular ads on that device while the entitlement is active. Information previously processed by an advertising provider remains subject to that provider's retention practices.

Game Center

Bigfoot Legend offers optional Apple Game Center features, including leaderboards, achievements, and challenges. Apple may process your Game Center profile, scores, achievement progress, challenge activity, and related account information. Children's Privacy

Bigfoot Legend is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Data Sharing

Limited information may be processed by service providers used by the app, including Apple for App Store purchases and Game Center, and Google and its advertising partners for advertising and consent management. We do not sell personal information for money.

Data Retention

Gameplay data stored locally remains on your device until you delete the app or its data. Purchase records are retained by Apple. Game Center data is retained according to your Apple account settings and Apple's policies. Advertising and consent data is retained by Google and its partners according to their policies.

Your Choices

You can:

• Review or change consent choices where available in the app
• Choose whether to sign in to or use Apple Game Center
• Delete the app to remove locally stored gameplay data from your device
• Use Restore Purchases to restore eligible purchases
• Purchase No Ads to stop regular in-app advertising
