Chimney Chaos: Santa's Night is a mobile game provided by Clear Cloud LLC (“Clear Cloud Apps,” “we,” “us”). It is made for families and children. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and the choices you have.

Information Stored on Your Device

The app stores gameplay information on your device so it can remember your progress. This includes medals, best scores, unlocked challenges, settings such as sound, music, haptics, and controls, and whether the Santa's Full Sleigh unlock has been purchased. This information is never sent to us or to anyone else.

In-App Purchase

Chimney Chaos offers one optional, one-time purchase, “Santa's Full Sleigh,” which unlocks every challenge. It sits behind a parental gate that a grown-up must answer first. Purchases and Restore Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, including Ask to Buy and Family Sharing. We do not receive or store your payment information or your Apple Account details. The app only checks with Apple on your device whether the unlock is owned.

No Ads, Analytics, or Tracking

The app shows no advertising and contains no analytics, crash reporting, attribution, or tracking tools. It does not use the advertising identifier and never asks to track you. Chimney Chaos is built with the Unity game engine, and Unity's optional analytics and hardware statistics are turned off, so the game sends nothing to Unity. The only network connection the app makes is to Apple's App Store for the optional purchase.

Children's Privacy

Chimney Chaos is designed for children and families. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. Purchases and any links that leave the game are protected by a parental gate. If you have any concern about your child's privacy, please contact us.

Data Sharing and Retention

We do not collect, sell, or share any personal information. Gameplay data stays on your device until you delete the app. Purchase records are kept by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.

• Delete the app to remove all gameplay data from your device

• Use Restore Purchases on the Grown-ups page to restore the unlock
