Privacy Policy for Crease Lacrosse 27
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Crease Lacrosse 27 is provided by Clear Cloud LLC, doing business as Clear Cloud Apps (“we,” “us”). This policy explains how the game handles information and the choices available to you. It covers the iPhone and iPad app, including optional online play, in-app purchases, and advertising.
At a Glance
- Solo play does not require an account with us.
- Game progress, custom athletes, and preferences are stored on your device.
- With automatic iCloud backups enabled, progress and custom athletes are also backed up to your private iCloud account.
- Optional online play uses Apple Game Center and shares game data with your opponent or co-op partner.
- Apple processes purchases; we do not receive your payment-card details.
- Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Google's consent tool collect advertising, device, usage, approximate-location, and diagnostic information.
- The app requests non-personalized ads and does not request permission for cross-app tracking.
Game Progress and Custom Athletes
The app saves franchise progress, rosters, results, statistics, custom athlete names and appearances, helmet artwork, and settings on your device. We do not operate a developer account or game-save server to collect these records. Creating an athlete does not require your real name. Avoid entering private information in athlete names or other content that you may share during online play.
iCloud Backups and Restore
With automatic iCloud backups enabled, the app stores franchise progress, your shared franchise copy, and custom players and helmet artwork in your private iCloud account through Apple's iCloud Documents service. Clear Cloud Apps does not operate a server for these backups or receive a copy of their contents. Device preferences, such as graphics and controls, remain local. Local saves remain usable offline.
Settings → iCloud Saves lets you turn automatic backups off, use Back Up Now, and choose a backup to restore. To restore on another device, use the same iCloud and Game Center accounts with iCloud Drive enabled. Backups may take time to become available on another device. This is backup and explicit restore, not live merging of seasons played on multiple devices.
Restore requires confirmation and replaces local franchise and custom-player progress. The app first keeps a local recovery copy, available through Previous Local Saves. It retains up to three recent cloud backups per device installation. Turning automatic backups off stops future automatic uploads; it does not delete existing backups. Purchases are restored separately through Apple's App Store, and restoring a game backup does not grant purchases.
Game Center and Online Play
If you choose online play, Apple Game Center handles authentication, matchmaking, and multiplayer connectivity. The app uses Game Center player identifiers to coordinate the session and exchanges match state, team and player information, and gameplay commands with the other player. Co-op franchise sharing can send a read-only copy of your franchise to your partner, including roster and custom-athlete information. Custom helmet drawings are excluded from those network records. We do not receive these sessions through a developer-operated multiplayer server.
Game Center achievements and other information handled by Apple are subject to Apple's privacy practices. You can manage Game Center in your device settings and choose to play solo offline instead.
Purchases
Optional purchases include My Career, No Ads, and Crease Pro. Apple processes payments through the App Store. The app checks verified transaction and entitlement information on your device to unlock features, restore eligible purchases, and respond to entitlement changes. We do not operate a receipt server or collect your payment-card number or billing information. Restoring a purchase does not restore a deleted local franchise or custom-athlete library. Progress can be restored separately from an available iCloud backup as described above.
Advertising and Consent
The free experience uses Google AdMob mediation for banners and interstitial ads, with Google and Unity Ads as advertising sources. Google, Unity, and the advertising services involved in delivering an ad may process your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device or app-scoped identifiers, device and app information, ads viewed or tapped, product interactions, performance information, and other diagnostics. These support ad delivery and measurement, advertising analytics, fraud prevention, and service operation and improvement. Google's SDK also declares advertising and marketing uses of these data.
Approximate location, identifiers, and interaction or advertising data may be associated with your device. Unity also discloses user identifiers, purchase history, other usage data, device characteristics, and performance information that may be linked to a user. Google describes its performance and other diagnostic data as not linked to your identity. The game does not pass saved roster or franchise content to the advertising SDK. Non-personalized advertising still involves data collection; it does not mean that no information leaves your device.
We configure ad requests as non-personalized, disable Google's publisher first-party ID and publisher privacy personalization, and pass non-personalized advertising and opt-out settings to Unity Ads before ad initialization. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency authorization or access to the advertising identifier (IDFA). Google SDK crash reporting is disabled before ad initialization.
Google's User Messaging Platform checks consent requirements and, where required, presents privacy choices before ads are requested. It may process approximate location, interactions, and performance data to provide this consent service. You can revisit available consent choices using Settings → Purchases / Restore → Ad Privacy. The app reports when no additional privacy choices are required for your current situation.
No Ads and Crease Pro remove banners and interstitial ads after the purchase entitlement is resolved. Turning off ads does not delete information that an advertising provider previously received.
Service Providers
Apple handles App Store purchases, Game Center, and iCloud storage. Google handles advertising and consent; Unity supplies mediated advertising. Their processing and retention are governed by their own policies, which you can read here:
- Apple Privacy Policy
- Google Privacy Policy
- How Google uses information for advertising
- Google Mobile Ads data disclosures
- Unity Privacy Policy
- Unity Ads data disclosures
The game is built with Unity and includes the Unity Ads mediation SDK. Unity Analytics and Unity cloud crash and performance reporting are disabled in this app. We do not add a separate developer analytics or crash-reporting service.
Support and Privacy Requests
If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, and handle your request. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Retention and Your Choices
Local progress remains until you delete it using the app's available controls or remove the app and its data. Device backups may retain copies under your Apple settings. The app's iCloud backups are separate from local saves and may remain after local progress is deleted. A multiplayer partner may retain franchise information you shared. Apple, Google, and Unity retain the information they process according to their policies and legal obligations. We retain support correspondence as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations.
- Review available advertising choices using Ad Privacy in the game.
- Choose solo play instead of Game Center multiplayer.
- Purchase No Ads or Crease Pro to remove advertising.
- Manage automatic game backups and restore in Settings → iCloud Saves.
- Manage Game Center, backups, and Apple privacy choices in your device or Apple Account settings.
- Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you, or to exercise other privacy rights available where you live.
We cannot directly delete records held only in your Apple account, Google's or Unity's systems, or another player's device. We can explain which provider handles a request. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to processing, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Providers may process information in countries other than your own as described in their policies.
Children's Privacy
Crease Lacrosse 27 is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
