Privacy Policy for Midnight Harvest

Midnight Harvest is a mobile game provided by Clear Cloud LLC (“Clear Cloud Apps,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses, who handles it, and the choices you have.

Summary

• We do not run our own servers for the game and do not receive your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location.
• Your progress stays on your device, and purchased items can sync through your own Apple iCloud account.

Information Stored on Your Device

The app stores gameplay information on your device so it can run the game and remember your progress. This includes mission progress, medals, best scores, Research Token balance and history, owned and enabled gear, selected skin, daily operation status, tutorial status, difficulty, sound, music, and haptics settings, and purchase status. This information is not sent to us.

iCloud Sync

If iCloud is enabled for your Apple Account and device, Midnight Harvest uses Apple's iCloud key-value storage to keep purchased Research Tokens and owned gear available after a reinstall or on your other devices. The synced records include token amounts, the item they were spent on, timestamps, and App Store transaction identifiers. This data is stored in your iCloud account, is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, and is not accessible to us.

In-App Purchases

Midnight Harvest offers optional in-app purchases, including Research Token packs, a Starter Pack, cosmetic skins, Remove Ads, and Unlock Current Campaign. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. The app receives purchase and transaction status from Apple on your device so it can deliver purchased items, restore eligible purchases, and respond to refunds.

Advertising

Midnight Harvest shows ads provided by Google AdMob: a banner on the home screen, occasional full-screen ads after a lost mission, and optional reward videos that you choose to watch for Research Tokens. Google and its advertising partners may collect or use information such as your device's vendor identifier, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information, ad views and taps, and diagnostic and performance data. They use it to provide, measure, protect against fraud, and improve ads.

If iOS asks whether Midnight Harvest may track your activity and you allow it, Google may also use your device's advertising identifier. If you do not allow tracking, that identifier is not available to the app or to Google. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other places where it is required, the app uses Google's consent tool to ask for your choices before any ad is requested. You can change those choices at any time from Settings → Privacy Choices in the game.

Buying Remove Ads turns off the banner and full-screen ads. Optional reward videos remain available, and you can hide them in Settings.

Game Engine

Midnight Harvest is built with the Unity game engine. Unity may receive limited technical information about your device, such as the device model, operating system version, and graphics hardware, to support and improve the engine. We do not add our own analytics, crash reporting, or tracking tools to the app.

Children's Privacy

Midnight Harvest is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Data Sharing

The only services the app shares information with are Apple (App Store purchases and iCloud), Google (advertising and consent), and Unity Technologies (game engine). We do not sell personal information for money. Where the law gives you the right to opt out of personalized advertising, you can do so through the app's Privacy Choices option or your iOS settings.

Data Retention

Gameplay data stays on your device until you delete the app. iCloud records remain in your iCloud account according to your Apple Account settings. Purchase records are kept by Apple. Advertising data is kept by Google according to Google's policies.

Your Choices

You can:

• Allow or deny tracking under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• Review or change ad consent choices from Settings → Privacy Choices in the game, where available
• Turn off iCloud for the app in your Apple Account settings
• Delete the app to remove gameplay data from your device
• Use Restore Purchases in the store or in Settings to restore eligible purchases
• Contact us with any privacy question or request

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
