YouTube Uploader Privacy Policy

This policy applies to YouTube Uploader, the private Audio-Vision channel tool operated by Clear Cloud LLC (Clear Cloud Apps) for Tripwire Media. It covers the Google connection and any upload functions used through this tool.

Information accessed and collected

With the owner's consent, the tool requests YouTube read-only and upload permissions. Read-only permission can permit access to YouTube account information; the current connection uses it to retrieve the channel identifier and basic channel information to verify the intended channel. The tool also receives OAuth access and refresh tokens from Google. It does not receive the owner's Google password.

When uploading is enabled and requested, the tool processes the selected video file and the accompanying title, description, and other supported metadata, along with upload results such as video identifiers and processing status. The connection alone does not upload content.

How information is used

Google and YouTube data is used only to authenticate the connection, confirm the authorized channel, carry out owner-requested supported upload operations, and diagnose failures. Access is not used for advertising, profiling, selling data, or training generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Storage and security

Authorization tokens and the verified channel identifier are stored on the operator's local computer outside the source-code repository, with file access restricted to the operating-system account. Locally selected media and project information remain in operator-controlled project storage. Google processes information sent to its services under its own policies. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Sharing and human access

Videos and accompanying information are transmitted to Google/YouTube only to perform the requested operations. Publicly published content is visible to the public according to its YouTube visibility settings. We do not sell Google user data or provide authorization tokens to AI model providers. This uploader does not send private YouTube account data to external AI services for content generation. Any separate Audio-Vision media-generation service is outside this Google connection and should be reviewed before use.

Access is limited to the authorized operator for requested operations and support. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law. We do not share Google user data for unrelated purposes.

Retention, revocation, and deletion

The saved authorization is retained while the channel connection is needed. You can revoke permission through Google Account permissions at any time. Revoking access stops future authorized requests but does not automatically erase local files or videos already stored on YouTube.

Contact us to request deletion of the local authorization, channel information, or uploader records. We will delete requested locally stored Google user data within 30 days of a verified request, unless retention is legally required. Owner-selected source media is retained until the owner deletes it or requests its deletion. Uploaded videos can be managed or deleted separately in YouTube Studio.

Google and YouTube policies

YouTube Uploader's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The tool uses YouTube API Services. See also the Google Privacy Policy.

Visits to these informational pages are covered by the website Privacy Policy. We will update this policy before materially changing how the uploader handles Google user data.
