YouTube Uploader Terms of Service

These terms govern YouTube Uploader, the private Audio-Vision channel tool operated by Clear Cloud LLC (Clear Cloud Apps). By using the tool, you agree to these terms and the YouTube Terms of Service.

Authorized use

The tool is intended for the authorized owner or manager of Tripwire Media, not for public registration. Only connect accounts and channels you are permitted to manage. Google authorization is required for protected operations, and access is limited by the permissions granted and the capabilities currently implemented.

Content and publishing instructions

You retain your rights to your content. You authorize the tool to process and transmit selected content to YouTube solely to carry out your instructions. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to video, music, images, voices, and other materials, and for ensuring that metadata, audience settings, and applicable synthetic-content disclosures are accurate.

Review content and publishing instructions before requesting an upload or release. You must comply with applicable law, the YouTube Community Guidelines, and copyright requirements. Do not use the tool to infringe rights, evade platform restrictions, send spam, or access another person's account without permission.

Availability and limitations

The upload workflow is under development. Features may be unavailable or change. Uploading, public release, and scheduling are subject to YouTube permissions, quotas, processing, and API-project requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that YouTube will accept or publicly publish any video.

Privacy and ending access

The uploader Privacy Policy explains data handling and deletion. You may stop using the tool and revoke its access in Google Account permissions. Revocation does not remove videos already uploaded to YouTube. We may suspend the tool if necessary to protect accounts or comply with platform requirements.

Disclaimer and changes

The tool is provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms as the tool changes; the date on this page identifies the current version.
